Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – 24-Hour Notice Required As a therapist, I deeply value the trust, time, and commitment that each client brings into our work together. In turn, I reserve dedicated time for your session, with the expectation that it will be honored. Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the full session fee being charged. I understand that life is unpredictable, and emergencies can happen. However, repeated short-notice cancellations or no-shows impact both the rhythm of your healing process and the sustainability of this practice. Holding this boundary allows me to show up fully for all clients, maintain the integrity of my schedule, and ensure fairness for others who may be waiting for availability. I appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy. If you're unsure whether you can make a session, I encourage you to reach out as early as possible so we can make adjustments where appropriate.
